The Steelworks Schmees GmbH are among the most important suppliers of casted steel products in the area of pump and turbine construction for the food and pharmaceutical industry. The casted steel art enhances the product range with many extraordinary exponents. Our customers have a selection of 300 various materials. A lot of these steel qualities are original developments the Steelworks Schmees GmbH.
The company was founded in 1961. It was initially located in Langenfeld, but has since been relocated to Pirna. Over 360 highly motivated employees and the production of 100,000 moulds for casting is an ‘impressive’ confirmation of what the company has achieved.

Die Edelstahlwerke Schmees GmbH aus Pirna will bis Mai ihre Großformereihalle fertig gestellt haben.
